Returns
Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened and unused. All returns must be pre-approved before being shipped back. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We are not liable for any lost or damaged return shipments—we strongly recommend insuring your return for its full value. All return shipments must include a valid tracking number, which must be provided to us in advance.
Only USPS or UPS may be used for returns. Do not use FedEx—any FedEx shipments will be refused and returned to the sender, as our warehouses are unable to accept FedEx deliveries due to insurance restrictions.
Refunds
Refunds for eligible items and approved returns will be processed once per month, on the 15th of each month. To be included in the monthly refund cycle, items must be received and approved by the 12th of the same month. Returns received after the 12th will be processed in the following month's cycle.
